VisionThree announces the hiring of Dawn Lang to serve as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships. An accomplished business development executive and community leader, Lang has over 25 years of business development and marketing experience working with a broad range of companies from startups to Fortune 500s in various sectors including education, workforce development, government, life science, healthcare, and IT/technology.
Lang has been providing consulting services with VisionThree for several months, helping identify and engage strategic partners to grow the V3CONNECT™ program for VisionThree, an $80 million initiative to place VR Labs in Indiana high schools across the state by the end of 2025 to help students reimagine their career pathways through VR. In the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships role, Lang will continue to engage and align key partnerships that help grow and scale the V3CONNECT™ program across the state of Indiana and beyond.

Prior to joining VisionThree, Lang ran her own market strategy and business development consulting firm, Perception Access, supporting a variety of companies in the US and internationally. Lang’s formative education market experience comes from roles she held working with two Strada Education affiliates – The Council for Adult and Experiential Learning (CAEL) and Student Connections – where she worked with key strategic partners and stakeholders in K-12, higher education, ed tech, workforce, economic development, government, and industry.
As the Senior Vice President of Partnerships with CAEL, she secured nearly a $5 million grant from the U.S. Department of Education to develop a national career-exploration platform designed to boost the social mobility of minority populations and other underserved learners across the country as they make informed choices navigating complex education and career options. As Vice President of Sales at Student Connections, Lang engaged higher education institutions to help cure billions in student loans and provided financial literacy education tools to student borrowers through the WhichWay® financial literacy app. Interesting to note, the Student Connections WhichWay ® Team was a Mira Award Nominee 2019 for Tech Educator of the Year.
Lang’s community leadership and involvement includes Fishers Rotary, Commissioner with the City of Fishers Advisory Plan Commission, Fishers Housing Task Force, and Board Member of the Richard Lugar Excellence in Public Service Leadership Series (2021-2022 class alumni). She is an active member in other state and national civic and business organizations.
